We will be changing clinical systems on 29 August and are hoping it will go smoothly, but from Wednesday 22 August certain services will be unavailable, i.e. online services, electronic prescription - please bear with us during this time.


If you are signed up for online services you will need to re-register on the new system to continue using online services, we will inform you when it is ready


We are taking on NEW patients, if you would like to register, please pop into the surgery for more details, we are on the right as you come through the door! There will be a slight delay on the process from Monday 20 August but will be resolved after 29 August

We have a number of different clinicians working with us, GPs, Practice Nurse, Health Care Assistant, Health Improvement Practitioner, Pharmacist, a Mental Health Practitioner & coming soon a MSK Practitioner - to help us book you in to see the correct person - Reception will be asking you what your appointment is regarding, this is to ensure you are booked with the correct person and gives them time to prepare for your appointment.

New Patient Registration

Please Note - 2 forms of identification may be necessary either Utility Bills/Telephone Bills/Bank Statements or some other documentation which shows your address.

Patients ariving from overseas who wish to register are also required to provide proof of permission to stay in addition to proof of address.

If you are on any regular medication, please bring a list of medications. The medication list needs to be in English in order for our doctors to prescribe the correct medication.

We also offer new patient welcome packs in a variety of languages.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
