Online Consult

ONLINE CONSULTATIONS-Did you know you no longer have to wait on the phone to get the health advice you need? Now, you can use Online Consult or Patient Access to assess your symptoms using online forms and send a message to the practice at any time, day or night. We’ll then review this so that we can advise you on the most appropriate next steps. 

 

**CORONAVIRUS** Please Click Here for the most up to date information - we are still not doing face to face appointments at present please ring the surgery and we will arrange a telephone triage- you may also ring to order your prescription, please DO NOT come to surgery unless you have been asked to come down

 

We have a number of different clinicians working with us, GPs, Practice Nurse, Health Care Assistant, Health Improvement Practitioner, Pharmacist, a Mental Health Practitioner & MSK Practitioner - to help us book you in to see the correct person - Reception will be asking you for your name/dob/tele no & what your appointment is regarding, this is to ensure that 1) you are one of our patients and 2) that you are booked with the correct person which will give them time to prepare for your appointment.

 

We are taking on NEW patients, if you are in our practice are and would like to register, please pop into the surgery for more details, we are on the right as you come through the door!

New Patient Registration

Please Note - 2 forms of identification may be necessary either Utility Bills/Telephone Bills/Bank Statements or some other documentation which shows your address.

Patients ariving from overseas who wish to register are also required to provide proof of permission to stay in addition to proof of address.

If you are on any regular medication, please bring a list of medications. The medication list needs to be in English in order for our doctors to prescribe the correct medication.

We also offer new patient welcome packs in a variety of languages.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration. Please contact reception for further information.
