Drs Jeyam & Jesudas is a training practice and therefore this has significantly impacted our appointment capacity. Please be mindful of this when speaking with our team.

FLU INJECTIONS - we still have some left - if you have not had your flu injection book yours now!! you may also be eligible for a pneumococcal & shingles injection, if you are we will let you know - we will also be sending out invites for nasal flus for ages 2-3yr olds.

Introduction - What is Enhanced Access?

From 1st October 2022, GP practices will be providing increased provision of primary care services (enhanced access arrangements) between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00pm Mondays to Fridays and between 9.00am and 5.00pm on Saturdays. Our building will be hosing this service. If you prefer to be seen in the evenings or weekends please contact the surgery as normal and book an appointment. 

We have a number of different clinicians working with us, GPs, GP Trainees, Practice Nurse, Nurse Associate, Health Improvement Practitioner, Pharmacists, Mental Health Practitioner, TAPP, Paramedics & MSK Practitioner - to help us book you in to see the correct person - Reception will be asking you for your name/dob/tele no & what your appointment is regarding, this is to ensure that 1) you are one of our patients and 2) that you are booked with the correct person which will give them time to prepare for your appointment. You also have the option of either a face to face or telephone appointment.

 

We are taking on NEW patients, if you are in our practice are and would like to register, please pop into the surgery for more details, we are on the right as you come through the door!

Dr Manu Jeyam (f)

MB BS, MRCP, DRCOG, MRCGP (Qualified 1990 Madras)

RCGP GP of the year 2015

Dr Jeyam has been with the practice since 2004. She is the practice’s GP Trainer. As well as a full general practice service, she has a special interest in child health and diabetes.

Dr Jeyam is also the Clinical Lead for the Bolton GP Federation.

Dr Rachel Jesudas (f)

MBBS, MRCGP (Qualified 2006)

Dr Jesudas is the newest member of the partnership and joined us in 2010. She is the practice’s GP Trainer. As well as a full general practice service, she has a special interest in respiratory and is the prescribing lead for the practice. 

Dr Ritika Kathuria (f)

Dr Kathuria is our salaried GP. She is currently on maternity leave, Dr Al-Hadithi will be with us until she returns.

Dr Rabia Tabassum (f)

GP Registrar who will be with us for 12 months

Dr Shareen Khan (f)

GP Registrar who joined us on 2 August 2023 and will be with us for 12 months

Dr Kamran Shafiq (m)

GP ST2 Doctor who joined us in August 2023 and will be with us for 6 months
